The Reservations Manager is responsible for managing the Reservations Department. The main function is to lead and coach the reservations team toward sales excellence in order to optimize rooms and ancillary revenues on every call. As well, position responsibilities include tracking and communicating occupancy, statistics, and trends to the hotel through a variety of reports. The position manages the inventory of the hotel prior to the day of arrival. This position will also work closely with the Sales Department and will assist with various reporting and market tracking.
3 to 4 years of Hospitality experience a must. Opera / Fidelio PMS proficiency expected. Prior experience as reservations manager in a 5 star Resort property preferred.
