Assistant Recreation Manager with the respective multi lingual knowledge to compliment our Recreation Team. As Assistant Recreation Manager you must be highly proficient, proactive, hands-on and customer focused. This position will report directly to the Rooms Division Manager. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall Recreation operations and ensure that all guests will be well but discreetly looked after. He will also be responsible of conducting trainings of all recreation supervisor & staff in the operation of equipment, first aid, water safety, pool/beach service and in interacting with guests consistent with 5- star standards.
5 years Experience of working as a Recreation Supervisor/Lifeguard, First Aid Certification, Knowledge of foreign languages, Experienced beach lifeguard with Lifeguard Certificate (RLSS or RED CROSS). Can manage the excursion trips (Island Hopping), Recreation Centre, Kids Club, Golf Simulator, Gym, Beach & Swimming Pool operations and maintenance. Knowledgeable in Rescue boat. Travelling on single status.
